ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Authors are kindly asked to use the provided template to submit their abstracts.

By submitting an abstract, authors have the following choices:

  • Invited Lecture (presentation time is 25 minutes + 5 minutes for questions)
  • Contributed Lecture (presentation time is 15 minutes + 5 minutes for questions)
  • Flash Talk (presentation time is 5 minutes)
  • Poster Presentation

Deadline for oral contributions: 15 March 2024
Notifications for oral contributions: 1 April 2024
Deadline for poster abstract submission: 1 April 2024

Acceptance of posters will happen on a rolling basis as they come in. Please note that we can currently accommodate 50 posters per day of presentation.

Poster Specifications: 85 cm (width) x 120 cm (length)

Your poster can be smaller than these dimensions, but certainly not larger as we will be hosting two poster presenters per poster board. If your poster has a larger dimension, you may not be able to present your poster.

Final program: 1 May

LECTURES

We will provide a laptop (Windows, current Office version) and a data projector.

To ensure a smooth congress flow your presentation could be transferred to our Laptop and checked in time before your lecture. We kindly ask you to hand over your presentation to our technical staff in the lecture hall on the day of your lecture. Alternatively, it is also possible to bring your own laptop with you, which should be provided to the staff before your session as well.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Materials to mount the posters will be available at the conference office. Please do not print on the poster board.

Poster which will not be removed at the scheduled time cannot be stored or returned.

The conference Abstracts Book is a valuable resource that facilitates the dissemination of knowledge, fosters collaboration, and promotes the advancement of our collective fields of interest.To ensure that this resource serves its intended purpose while respecting the rights and interests of our presenters, we have established the following licensing framework for its use. “You hereby grant the Greek Chemists Association (GCA) and the organisers of the conference a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, sub-licensable licence with full title guarantee to publish your abstract in connection with the conference.The copyright of the abstract will remain with you and you will be identified as the author on publication.”
