• Deadline for poster submission: April 1, 2024
• Deadline for conference registration: May 20, 2024

* At the registration form select first your main registration type and then optionally you may select the registration type for an accompanying person.

Registration Cancellation Terms & Conditions

• Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to congress secretariat: info@era.gr.
• Full Refund 8 weeks before the conference (19 March 2024) minus a handling fee (20 EUR).
• If cancellation is requested after the 8 week mark, the full charge will apply.
• All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.

General Information

• The registration fee includes coffee breaks, welcome reception, and the conference dinner. Lunches may not be covered if participation is low.
• A separate online registration is required for each participant.
• Payment is usually made by credit card or by wire transfer. In case you will select to pay by a wire transfer you will receive a pro forma invoice including the bank account details with a separate e-mail.
• Accompanying Person Registration fee includes coffee breaks, the welcome reception and the conference dinner

Copyright Permission

• Photos made at the conference are used exclusively by the conference organizers for documentation, news coverage and advertisement.

Participation cards and meeting documents

• The participation cards are handed over with the conference documents at the meeting office.

Wi-Fi

• Free Wi-Fi is available during the conference. For this purpose, conference participants need a WLAN-enabled terminal (notebook, tablet, smartphone, etc.), via which the WLAN network can be selected.
